两亲性二氧化硅颗粒的合成、表征及自组装微胶囊 被引量:2

摘要 以正硅酸四乙酯(TEOS)为硅源、溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTAB)为结构导向剂、Brij-56为助表面活性剂,成功合成了一种两亲性介孔二氧化硅颗粒,通过XRD、FTIR、TEM、SEM对其结构进行了表征,并以其为乳化剂稳定皮克林乳液自组装得到水包油型微胶囊。结果表明,该两亲性介孔二氧化硅颗粒表面具有大量的孔道样结构,大小较为均一,平均直径约100~110nm;自组装微胶囊具有一定的稳定性,直径约100~500μm。 Using tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) as a silica source, cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) as a structure-directing agent,Brij-56 as a cosurfactant,we successfully synthesized amphiphilic mesoporous silica nanoparticles, of which the structures were characterized by XRD, FTIR, TEM, and SEM. Using the synthesized silica nanoparticles as emulsifiers to stabilize Pickering emulsion,we prepared oil-in water mi crocapsules by self-assembly. Results indicated that, there were a large number of pore like structures on the surface of amphiphilic mesoporous silica nanoparticles with the uniform size of average diameter 100-110 nm. The self-assembled microcapsules had a certain stability with the diameter of 100-500 μm.
