摘要
针对当下职业院校技能大赛选手培养过程中存在的跨专业组合难、缺乏系统化训练等问题,构建"普及创新能力教育、突出人才个性化培养"的技能大赛创新人才培养机制,以创新能力培养为核心的专业人才培养方案,融入企业岗位能力要求、大赛创新项目,设置创新学分;搭建创新训练场所,分层实施创新能力培养;做实技能大赛的组织与训练工作,构建"校级→省级→国家级"技能大赛选手培养与选拔体系,制订阶段化训练内容,注重指导教师的作用。
In view of the problems in the contestant cultivating in vocational college skills contest, such as the difficulty of cross disciplinary team building and the lack of systematic training, the present study proposes the following strategies: 1) Forming innovative professional talent training mechanism and plans for skills contests which "popularizes innovation education and highlights talents" individuality". 2) setting up innovative training platform catering to different levels of students; 3) Improving the organizing and drilling quality of skills contest by constructing "school-level→provincial-level→national-level" contestant cultivating and selecting system, formulating graded training content and paying attention to the role of the guiding teacher.
