摘要
在新建本科院校转型发展的新时代背景下,技术素养培育已逐渐成为应用型技术人才培养的重要参照,也是大学生素质结构的重要组成部分。大学生技术素养的培育应以促进技术知识水平和技术能力提升为目标,以技术理性的培育为载体,进而将其基本诉求、实施方案和必要保障等作为大学生技术素养实践路径选择的参考。
In the new background of college transformation and development, technology literacy development has gradually become the assessment criteria of applied technical personnel training and development. It should also be regarded as an important part of college students" competence. In the practice of improving college students" technology literacy, the promotion of technical theories and skills should be set up as the final goal embedded in technological rationality. The approach should include students" basic appeal, implementation plan and necessary guarantee.
