摘要 职教师资队伍建设是提高职业教育质量的重要保障。从区域经济人才需求的视角审视了广东技术师范学院汽车服务工程本科师范专业教育的现状,并构建了"2+1+2"汽车服务工程专业卓越职教师资高职、企业、本科协同培养模式;以及"2+1+2"汽车服务工程职教师资培养模式的各学段培养目标及一体化课程体系。 The teaching staff development is the guarantee for the quality improvement of vocational education. Based on the studies of the demands of the regional economy for talents, the current situations of undergraduate teacher education of the Automobile Service Engineering specialty in Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University (GPNU) are analyzed. The '2+1+2' talent cultivation for vocational teachers is constructed in which the vocational teachers are cultivated under the cooperation of higher vocational education, enterprises and undergraduate education. The cultivation objectives and the integrated curriculum system of various stages are constructed for the '2+1+2' initiative as well.
