高职院校国际合作中的学分互认机制比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 教育国际化背景下的中外学分互认已成为高等教育发展的一个重要趋势。高职院校在参与国际化教育过程中必须加强与国外院校的交流合作,其中,中外课程开放与学分互认模式无疑受到了更多的关注。高职院校必须借鉴国外先进科学的学分认可制度,尽快实现中外学分互认制度的规范和管理。本文通过对美国、欧洲、澳洲和亚太地区等成熟、完善的学分互认机制模式的比较,对我国国际教育合作中的学分互认项目现状描述,提出促进高职院校与国际教育资源接轨,形成具有本土特色的、适应国际教育的学分互认制度,将对高职院校推进国际合作交流具有重要意义。 Under the background of internationalization of education, credit transfer between China and foreign countries has become an important trend in the development of higher education. Higher vocational colleges need to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with foreign colleges in the process of participation in international education, open courses and credit transfer mode and undoubtedly attract more attention, higher vocational colleges should learn as soon as possible from foreign good credit transfer system, its implementation and management. Through comparative analysis of the mode of credit transfer system of credit among the United States, Europe, Australia and the Asia Pacific region, the present study presents the status quos of mutual credit transfer in Chinese colleges and universities, it suggests that vocational colleges should be integrated into international education resources, thus forming mutual credit recognition system with local characteristics adaptable to international education, promoting international cooperation and exchanges in higher vocational colleges.
