摘要
为了农田合理使用异丙隆,避免对后茬作物的影响,采用室内培养法,研究不同浓度50%异丙隆可湿性粉剂(10、20、40、60、80、100 mg/L)对小麦发芽率、根长和芽长的影响。结果表明,小麦的发芽率、根长、芽长随着50%异丙隆可湿性粉剂浓度的增加而降低,低浓度(10、20 mg/L)处理与清水对照差异不显著,40 mg/L及以上处理显著低于对照。10、20、40、60、80、100 mg/L处理下发芽率分别比对照低1.87%、4.67%、19.87%、23.49%、26.48%、33.02%,根长分别比对照低3.13%、4.35%、13.47%、19.86%、43.95%、51.43%,芽长分别比对照低2.10%、3.97%、15.65%、22.66%、27.80%、29.98%。
In order to rationally use isoproturon and avoid the impact on the following crops,indoor culture was conducted to investigate the effects of different concentrations 50% isoproturon WP ( 10,20,40,60,80,100 mg/L) on wheat germination rate, root length and bud length.The re- suits showed that with isoproturon concentration increasing,the germination rate,root length and bud length showed a decreasing tendency.Low concentration (10,20 rag/L) treatment had no significant differences with the control, higher concentration (40,60,80,100 mg/L) treatment had significant differences with the control.Compared with controls,when the isoproturon concentration was 10,20,40,60,80,100 mg/L,the germination rate respectively decreased by 1.87% ,4.67%, 19.87% ,23.49% ,26.48% ,33.02% ,the root length respectively decreased by 3.13% ,4.35%, 13.47%, 19.86%, 43.95%, 51.43%. the bud length respectively decreased bv 2.10%. 3.97%. 15.65%. 22.66%. 27.80%. 29.9g%.
