摘要
本文对不同采收期金银花的绿原酸含量进行测定。结果表明,以采收二白期花蕾入药较为适宜。一天之中,上午采摘的金银花中绿原酸含量较下午的高,其中,11:00左右达到4.51%,19:00仅3.79%,相差0.72个百分点。因此,应在11:00左右采收金银花二白期花蕾为最佳。
The chlorogenic acid content of Lonicera japonica Thunb.in different harvest time was studied.The results showed that it was appropriate to use the buds harvested in two white period.In a day,the chlorogenic acid content of Lonicerajaponica Thunb. that picking in morning was higher than that picking in afternoon,of that at 11：00 or so reached to 4.51% ,that at 19：00 was only 3.79% ,which had a difference of 0.72 percentage points.Therefore, picking Lonicera japonica Thunb. should be around 11：00 to collect the two white period buds for the best.
