生态农业技术专业核心课程学生导游职业能力培养探析——以蔬菜栽培技术课程为例

摘要 本文以生态农业技术专业核心课程蔬菜栽培技术为例,在教学过程中,通过导游业务素质培训、撰写农业导游词、现场模拟导游讲解等教学形式,初步探索专业课学生导游职业能力培养的教学效果。实践表明,加强专业课学生导游职业能力的培养,一方面有助于调动学生的学习兴趣,提升生态农业技术专业学生的综合职业能力;另一方面丰富了蔬菜栽培技术这门课程的教学方法,对类似专业课的教学具有很好的借鉴意义。 The case studied the vegetable cultivation techniques, specialized core curriculum in ecological agriculture technology, in the teaching process ,through the teaching forms such as training tourist-guide service quality, writing commentaries of" agriculture, simulating tourist-guide.The teaching effects of training students' tourist-guide professional ability on specialized core curriculums was preliminary explored.Practice showed that strengthening students' tourist-guide professional ability training,on the one hand,to motivate students' interest in learning,improve the ecological agriculture technology students' comprehensive vocational ability;on the other hand,enriched the teaching methods of vegetable cultivation techniques, and had very good reference value for teaching similar specialized core curriculums.
