AH36直装轧制厚板冷弯裂纹分析

摘要 分析了AH36直装轧制厚板冷弯裂纹产生的原因,得出结论,应避免在钢种的两相区直装,控制铸坯内部H、S含量(ω[H]≤0.000 2%、ω[S]≤0.003%),提高除鳞水压,加大粗轧压下率。措施实施后,直装轧板冷弯裂纹率由15%降低至6%。 The causes leading to cold bending cracks on the surface of the AH36 thick steel plates rolled right after direct charging were analyzed. It was concluded that such measures as avoiding direct charging strands to be cold rolled as the AH36 steel was in the state of two phases, controlling the content of hydrogen and sulfur in the strand with H less than 0.000 2% and S less than 0.003%, increasing the water pressure for removing scales and increasing the initial rolling reduction ratio should be taken. After these measures were put into practice the percentage of cold bending cracks was reduced to 6% from 15%.
