摘要
对鞍钢无缝钢管厂穿孔机抗氧化圆盘系统存在的设计缺陷进行了分析,并提出具体改进方案:取消原来涡轮、蜗杆减速机的传动形式,改为由普通减速机通过链条驱动,并将抗氧化圆盘转动轴承改为树脂轴套。实施后消除了生产工艺缺陷,降低了生产成本,取得了预期效果。
The design defects existed in the antioxidant disc system of piercing mill of Seamless Steel Pipe Plant of Ansteel were analyzed and then the concrete improvement program was proposed. The program included such procedures as using the chain drive mode by the conventional gear reducer instead of the former drive mode by the turbo and worm reducer and using the resin axle sleeve instead of the roiling bearing of the antioxidant disc. After the program was put into implementation the defects existed in the antioxidant disc system were eliminated and thus the cost of production was cut down and the expected effect was achieved.
