国外图书馆自出版服务研究及实践进展

Research and Practice of Self-Publishing Service of Library Abroad

经过十余年的迅猛发展,自出版已得到国外图书馆的广泛认可和支持,透视国外图书馆自出版服务进展,将对我国图书馆开展自出版服务大有裨益。通过文献调研和案例解读,总结自出版的发展及特点,提炼自出版图书的价值特征,阐述图书馆对自出版图书的认知转向,分析图书馆自出版服务模式,研究表明:图书馆自出版服务的运行模式分为按需印刷纸质图书和在线分享电子作品两种,为了保证服务质量和效果,图书馆应从深度调研与评估、业务培训与拓展、市场推广与营销以及活动策划与组织等方面实施优化策略。

After more than ten years of rapid development, self-publishing has been widely recognized and supported by foreign libraries. The purpose of this paper is to provide references for domestic libraries by reviewing the progress in research and practice of library self-publishing services abroad. With the methods of literature research and case analysis, this paper summarizes the features and development of self-publishing, refines the value characteristics of self-publishing books, expounds the cognitive turn of library for self-publishing books, analyzes the models of library self-publishing service, the study shows that print on demand and online sharing are the two models of library self-publishing service, in order to enhance the quality and effect of self-publishing service, the optimal strategies for library includes in-depth investigation and evaluation, professional training, marketing, events planning and organizing.
