基于分形理论湿式制动器接触界面温度场研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了提高湿式制动器的制动性能和使用寿命,以矿用自卸车湿式制动器为研究对象,基于分形理论,考虑移动热源可变效应和摩擦热流的影响,建立湿式制动器温度场数学模型,在CATIA里面建立摩擦副三维实体模型,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS模拟实体模型在紧急制动工况下的运行,并研究湿式制动器的温度场和应力场的分布情况。研究结果表明,湿式制动器在紧急制动工况下温度和应力集中在半径边缘,此位置最容易出现热磨损和热失效,与实际使用过程中摩擦副破坏位置一致,为湿式制动器的设计和选材提供可靠的理论依据。 In order to improve the braking performance and service life of wet brake, taking the wet brake of the dump truck as research object, based on the fractal theory, considering the influence of variable effect of moving heat source and friction heat flow, the mathematic model of wet brake temperature field is established, the 3D solid model of friction pair is established in the CATIA and the emergency braking is simulated by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS, the wet brake temperature field and stress field distribution are studied. The results show that the temperature and stress of wet brakes concentration in the radial edge position under emergency braking situations, this position is the most prone to thermal wear and thermal failure, it is consistent with the friction pair damage position in the process of actual use, which provides a reliable theoretical basis for the design and selection of wet brake.
