摘要
点线啮合齿轮应用于汽车变速器中能减少传动级数、增大传动比、提高强度、降低噪声、缩小体积,对减轻质量有显著的效果。叙述了点线啮合齿轮在汽车变速器中的参数选择、传动比分配、计算实例和改进后的汽车变速器的齿数分配。制造了数台变速器,这数台变速器噪声比渐开线齿轮变速器噪声低,数台变速器经过20多个月的试验使用,现在运行良好、无断齿、点蚀。
When point - line meshing gear is used in an automobile gearbox, it has the effect of reducing transmission series, increasing transmission ratio, enhancing strength, reducing noise, reducing volume and weight reduction etc. The parameter choosing transmission ratio distribution, calculating example and improved tooth number distribution of point - line meshing gears in an automobile gearbox are described. Several gearboxes are produced, and the noise is lower than involute gearbox, after using more than twenty months, the gearboxes run well and without tooth breaking and pitting.
