天麻钩藤饮对眩晕患者的临床意义研究

Study on the Clinical Significance of Tianma Gouteng Drink for Patients with Vertigo

目的探讨天麻钩藤饮对眩晕患者的临床意义。方法选取2015年12月—2016年12月在东港市中医院就诊的100例眩晕患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组50例采取常规西医治疗,试验组50例,在对照组的基础上使用天麻钩藤饮治疗,比较两组患者的临床有效率和症状评分。结果试验组各项观察指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用天麻钩藤饮治疗眩晕,临床效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical significance of Tianma Gouteng drink for patients with vertigo. Methods 100 cases of patients with vertigo from December 2015 to December 2016 in Donggang hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and the control group. The control group of 50 cases was treated with conventional Western medicine. 50 cases in the experimental group were given Tianma Gouteng drink on the basis of the control group. The clinical effective rate and the symptom scores between the two groups were compared, respectively. Results The indexes of the observation group were superior to the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Tianma Gouteng drink in the treatment of vertigo has significantly clinical effect, and is worth promoting.
