天麻钩藤饮治疗后循环缺血性眩晕25例

Tianma Gouteng Drink in the Treatment of Posterior Circulation Ischemic Vertigo 25 cases

目的研究天麻钩藤饮治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的临床效果。方法选取2015年10月—2016年10月在东港市中医院神经内科就诊的50例后循环缺血性眩晕的患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组25例,采取甲磺酸倍他司汀治疗,试验组25例,在对照组的基础上使用天麻钩藤饮治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的血液黏稠度。结果试验组治疗后血液黏稠度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对后循环缺血性眩晕患者使用天麻钩藤饮治疗,可以明显降低患者的血液黏稠度。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Tianma Gouteng drink in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo. Methods From October 2015 to October 2016 in the department of neurology of Donggang hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, 50 cases of patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo were divided into experimental group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received betahistine mesylate treatment. The experimental group used Tianma Gouteng drink on the basis of the control group. After treatment, the blood viscosity of the two groups was compared. Results The blood viscosity of the experimental group was better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Tianma Gouteng drink in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo can significantly reduce blood viscosity.
