A study on the development of Jin cuisine restaurant industry based on SCP theory

用产业组织理论的SCP分析范式对晋菜餐馆产业组织内部市场结构、市场行为与市场绩效等生产要素之间的相互关系进行分析,揭示存在的问题。提出加强产业政策支持,打造晋菜产业经济;实施品牌战略,促进企业连锁化发展;改革企业制度,实现资本运作;依靠创新驱动企业发展;建设研发团队等建议。以期促进晋菜餐馆的产业发展。

The industry development of Jin cuisine restaurant industry was investigated using SCP paradigm of industrial organization theory to indicate the existing problems. Recommendations to promote the development of Jin cuisine restaurant industry were proposed in respect of strengthening supports of industrial policy to cre- ate Jin cuisine industry economy, implementing brand strategy to promote development of enterprises chain, reforming the enterprise system to achieve capital operation, driving development of enterprise on innovation, and constructing R＆D team.
