摘要
基于相关理论的梳理,构建社会认知、社会资本和社会认同理论影响项目绩效的理论模型。以软件外包项目团队作为调查对象,对北京和大连的软件外包企业中的188个项目团队的成员进行问卷调查并进行了实证分析,分别讨论了社会认知、社会资本和社会认同理论与知识整合行为和项目成功之间的关系。结论是外包承接企业应该注重团队中的社会关系和成员心理因素,促进成员知识共享与转移的态度和认知行为,改善项目绩效。
Through analyzing the related theories, this research constructed a theoretical model of influencing project performance based on social cognitive theory, social capital theory and social identity theory. Taking software out- sourcing project team as research object, we investigated 188 project team members in Beijing and Dalian software outsourcing enterprises through the way of questionnaire investigation and analyzed the relationship among social cognitive theory, social capital theory, social identity theory, knowledge integration behavior and success of pro- ject, The empirical results show that outsourcing undertaking ship and psychological factors work. to promote team members＇ and transferring and improvement of oroiect oerformance. enterprises shoiild pay attention to the social relation- attitude and cognitive behavior of knowledge sharing
