在供给侧结构性改革的形势下,我国流通企业仍然存在流通成本高的现象,降低流通成本的关键在于降低物流成本。通过对比分析和因素分析发现影响物流成本最显著的因素是运输成本,而导致运输成本偏高的因素主要是由于流通企业设施落后,缺乏运输专业人才以及行业缺乏标准;因此,需要利用互联网技术,加强物流业信息化建设,推动物流业基础设施建设,大力培养专门的运输人才,降低物流成本,实现流通业供给侧结构性改革的成功提供帮助。

Under the situation of supply side structural reform, circulation enterprises in our country still have the phenomenon of high circulation cost. Reducing the cost of circulation is the key to reduce logistics costs. Through comparative analysis and factor analysis, this paper finds that the most significant factor affecting logistics cost is transportation cost. The factors leading to the high transport costs are mainly due to the backwardness of the facili- ties, the lack of transportation professionals and the lack of industry standards. Therefore, it is required to utilize in- ternet technology to strengthen the information construction of logistics industry, promote the construction of logistics industry infrastructure, and vigorously cultivate specialized transport personnel, making the logistics cost reduction in order to help the realization of the success of supply side structural reform.
