ZTE's intellectual property strategy and its enlightenment

通过梳理中兴通讯的发展历程,以及我国通信设备制造业的发展现状,分析中兴通讯发展过程中的专利纠纷以及专利纠纷的知识产权战略。利用SWOT分析法对知识产权战略与总体战略、科学管理知识产权资产,使其价值最大化、注重专利质量,合理实施专利布局、尊重他人知识产权,突破自主创新、超前技术的研发与不同区域的匹配几个方面进行分析。依据SWOT分析结果,从设立知识产权专门管理部门、员工知识产权保护意识、建立科学专利价值评估体系、制定规范知识产权制度、加强知识产权保护、重视知识产权纠纷管理,降低隐形风险、构建更具前瞻性的知识产权战略体系等多个角度提出我国通信设备制造业知识产权战略发展对策。

Based on the development of ZTE and the development of China＇s communication equipment manufactur- ing industry, this paper analyzes the patent disputes in the development of ZTE and the intellectual property strategy of ZTE＇s patent dispute. Using SWOT analysis method, this paper analyzes the intellectual property strategy, the o- verall strategy, the scientific management of intellectual property assets, to maximize its value, pay attention to the quality of patents, the rational implementation of the patent layout, respect for others intellectual property rights, breakthrough independent innovation, advanced technology research and development and different regions of the matching aspects of the analysis. According to SWOT analysis results, from the establishment of intellectual property management, staff awareness of intellectual property protection, the establishment of scientific patent value evaluation system, the development of standardized intellectual property system, strengthen the protection of intellectual proper- ty rights, attention to intellectual property disputes mangagement, reduce stealth risks, with the prospect of intellectu- al property strategy system and other angles, the paper put forward China＇s communications equipment manufactur- ing industry, intellectual property strategy development countermeasures.
