特色建设理念下体育院校英语专业教师素质提升的研究

A Study on Quality Improvement of English Major Teachers in Sports Colleges and Universities under the Perspective of Characteristic Construction

随着中国体育事业的蓬勃发展和对外交流的不断增多，体育院校英语专业的发展寻找到了最佳契机。目前，提高教师队伍素质成为 了英语专业特色建设和可持续发展的前提和重要环节。基于此，本文将体育院校教师素质现状，原因和解决途径入手，希望能为体育院校英语专业 新一轮的人才培养和专业建设问题提供新的思路。

With the vigorous advance of the Chinese sports undertakings and the increasing of foreign exchange, the sports college English major has found the best opportunity for further development. Currently, improving the quality of the teachers has become the important premise and link for the English major characteristic construction and sustainable development. Based on this, this article analyzes the present situation of the English major teachers＇ quality in sports colleges and universities, its causes and solutions; this paper hopes to provide a new thought of talent training and characteristic construction for the English major in sports colleges and universities.
