摘要 基于案例驱动的飞行计划实践教学方法是在总结飞行计划自身特点和传统实践教学存在的缺点基础上,采用系统工程的基本理论,整理和规划教学案例,以霍尔三维结构表达了案例的基本结构,以签派员一线工作的航班放行实际情况和执照考试实做作为背景,组织和设计案例,通过分组讨论、讲解和评审组织教学转变传统的“授予鱼”为主的思想,强调教学过程中学生的主题地位,采取多种考核方式充分调动学生的参与热情和积极性,教师给与引导和监督,达到培养学生实际工程实践能力目的。 Flight plan training teaching method based on system case-driven is an idea of summary of its own characteristics and the disadvantages of traditional teaching method. Using the basic theory of system engineering, practice cases was organized and constructed; Using A.D.Hall 3-D plot described the basic structure of practice cases; using the model of flight release of dispatchers in Airlines and the pattern of qualification test of dispatchers, the practice cases is designed. Through group discussion, explanation and evaluation, changes the traditional thought, "awarded to fish", and emphasize the subject status of students in the process of teaching. Using multiple evatuation, exited students' participation enthusiasm and the main work of teachers is guidance and supervision, which could improve students' ability of engineering.
