关于公共管理专业本科毕业论文质量提升的几点思考

本科毕业论文是高校人才培养的一个重要环节，对于学生和教学单位而言，都具有重要意义。本文以公共管理专业为例，就本科毕业论文的选题、研究方法、毕业论文的行文这几个方面阐述了相关原则、常见问题及改进意见。最后，本文对公共管理专业本科毕业论文的管理提出了建议，包括：重视毕业论文和毕业论文的选题、专门开设“本科毕业论文指导”这门课程、强化对毕业论文的过程监管、完善本科毕业论文的评价指标体系。

Undergraduate dissertation is a very important process for colleges and universities＇ talent training. It is important to both students and academic institutions. This thesis takes the Major of Public Management for example, and elaborated the principles, problems and improvement suggestions about research topic selection, research method and dissertation writing. In the end, the thesis gives some suggestions for undergraduate dissertation management, including： colleges, universities and undergraduates should pay more attention to dissertation and dissertation topic selection; colleges and universities should set a course about undergraduate dissertation guidance; strengthen dissertation＇s process supervision; and improve the dissertation evaluation index system.
