穿舱电缆填料函密封结构有限元分析

摘要 利用Abaqus软件建立穿舱电缆填料函密封结构的二维轴对称模型,对填料函中填料在安装状态下的变形及力学行为进行有限元分析,分析填料轴向预压缩量、接触面过盈量、接触面摩擦因数对填料函密封性能的影响。结果表明:预压缩量对填料轴向位移、接触面径向位移、径向接触应力的影响程度较大,三者均随着预压缩量的增大而增大;预压缩量一定,接触面过盈量对填料轴向位移影响程度较小,在指定轴向位置处,接触面径向应力随着过盈量的增长呈线性增长;摩擦因数对径向接触应力影响程度较小,随着摩擦因数的增大,径向接触应力略有增长。 Abaqus was utilized to establish the a two-dimensional axisymmetric finite element model of the seal structure of the cable stuffing boxes, the deformation and mechanical behavior of the stuffing box packing in the mounted state were analyzed.The factors influencing sealing performance of the stuffing box were studied, such as the axial pre-compression of packing, magnitude of interference, friction coefficient of contact surface.Results show that pre-compression has a large in- fluence on axial displacement of packing, radial displacement of contact surface and radial contact stress, and all of which are increased with the increasing of pre-compression.When pre-eompression is constant, magnitude of interference has little influence on axial displacement of packing, while at the specified axial location, with the increasing of magnitude of inter- ference, the radial stress of contact surface is increased linearly. Friction coefficient has little influence on radial contact stress, and radial contact stress is increased slightly with the increasing of friction coefficient.
