一种快速获取热汽缸油的机构设计

摘要 将整箱(罐)高黏度汽缸油加热到易于输送的温度,耗能又耗时。利用汽缸油加热时密度下降,热油上浮汇集液面而使液面油温总是最高的特点,将泵的吸油口设计成浮动在液面附近,从而实现了热油的快速获取。设计的热汽缸油快速获取机构利用浮球带动磁铁驱动的铝质导架将液面附近的进油通道打开从而让热油流入,实现了从大容量油箱快速获取热润滑油的目的。试验表明,该机构中阀芯动作几乎无冲击,机构运行平稳,性能符合设计要求。 There is a large energy and time consuming when heating the whole tank of high-viscosity cylinder oil to the temperature of easy transportation.According to the characteristics that the hotoil always floats up and gathers on the liquid surface duo to the density decreasing of high-viscosity cylinder oil when heating and the oil temperature on the liquid sur- face is always the highest, the oil suction port of the pump was designed to float near the liquid surface, so as to realize the rapid acquisition of the hot oil.The rapid acquisition mechanism of hot oil was designed, and two floating bails were used to drive the magnet-driving leading aluminum frame to open the inlet near the liquid surface for the hot oil, so the purpose of fast acquiring hot oil from large capacity oil tank was realized.Experimental results prove that the valve cores of the mecha- nism can shift without any impacts.The mechanism runs smoothly and the performance meets the design requirements.
