摘要
提出了一种宽范围调节的混合式正激谐振变换器。该变换器借助谐振电路与常规正激电路的交替作用,可在开关频率恒定的情况下,通过正激电路占空比的控制,实现输出电压的调节。所提变换器不仅可在全范围内保持谐振电路的主开关管零电流开关(ZCS)开通和ZCS关断等优点,还可借助谐振电路与正激电路之间的相互作用来消除输入大电感。此外,该变换器还可配合频率调节,进一步拓宽输入电压工作范围。详细分析了变换器的工作原理,并通过54~66 V输入,24 V/3 A输出样机的实验结果,验证了所提变换器的可行性。
A hybrid forward resonant converter topology for wide range operation is proposed.Due to the joint opera- tion of a resonant circuit and a regular forward circuit, the output voltage can be regulated by adjusting the duty cy- cle of the regular forward portion, and the resonant portion can still operate with a fixed switching frequency.By ful- filling the above operation, the resonant circuit achieves the benefits of zero-current-switching (ZCS) turn-on and ZCS turn-off for the primary switch.ZCS turn-off for the rectifier diode in the whole range can still be fulfilled as well as the elimination of the bulky inductor, which is often used for a resonant forward.The operating principle of the pro- posed converter is analyzed, and the feasibility is verified by a 54-66 V input, 24 V/3 A output prototype.
