摘要
介绍了光伏逆变器电流谐波对电网的影响,并从电网电压谐波污染、直流母线谐波、死区效应等3方面阐述了光伏逆变器输出谐波产生的来源。同时介绍了光伏逆变器H5桥拓扑结构、双闭环控制方法及脉宽调制(PWM)谐波分析。在此基础上,详细介绍了死区效应产生谐波电流的原理、如何采用死区补偿的方法抑制谐波电流、直流母线电压谐波成分分析及直流母线谐波抑制方法。并通过实验测试对比数据,验证了死区补偿方法和直流母线谐波抑制方法对光伏逆变器输出电流谐波含量有很明显的改善作用。
The influence from current harmonic of photovoltaic inverter to grid is proposed.The whence of grid voltage harmonic pollution,direct current bus harmonic and dead zone effect are described.Photovohaie inverter H5 bridge topology structure, dual closed-control methods and pulse width modulation (PWM) harmonic analysis are introduced. The harmonic current principle of dead zone effect, the way of suppression harmonic current and the method of direct current voltage harmonic consitituent analysis and direction current bus harmonic suppression are introduced.The im- proving of output current harmonic content from dead zone compensation and direct current bus harmonic to photo- voltaic inverter are verified by experimental comparison data.
