摘要 提出了一种双控制核心为XC2267与EP2C5T144C8N、主开关器件为晶闸管的中频淬火感应加热电源的设计方案。XC2267为主控芯片,完成改进式比例积分(PI)算法并实现电流电压双闭环控制;提出了基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的相序自适应的三相晶闸管整流控制方法;实现它激转自激的启动方案,完成大小功率的切换;逆变部分采用移相调功和频率锁相复合控制,提高了控制精度和整机效率。最后通过实验进行了验证。 Medium frequency induction heating power supply is proposed based on the dual microprocessor (XC2267 and EP2C5T144CSN),and the thyristors are used as the main switching elements.XC2267 is the main control chip which does the increment proportional integral (PI) algorithm and realizes the voltage and current double closed-loop control.Three-phase thyristor rectifier method based on the phase self-adjusting of field-programmable gate array(FPGA) is proposed.A method for swept-frequency start circuit is designed to implement the transition between the high-power and low-power.The invert system uses the compound control of phase-shift power regulation and frequency phase lock to improve the control accuracy and efficiency.The feasibility and effectiveness of the whole system are verified.
