摘要 研究了一种适用于大型机电设备外部环境监测的低功率非侵入式无线传感器用电源。利用电缆近场空间磁场能量感应原理,设计了无线传感器用电源的能量获取电路、功率调理电路和能量管理功能。利用有限元工具对能量传输过程进行仿真并设计线圈机械和电气参数;设计了带有能量前馈的调理电路及其启动方法。实验表明,在负载电缆有高频电流纹波的情况下,该低功率非侵入式无线传感器用电源可以自启动,并输出可以为无线传感器供电的稳定电压。 A non-intrusive power supply system for the sensor load is proposed in the high power drive systems, moni- toring environment variables.The circuit of harvesting energy, conditioning energy and the management function of en- ergy is designed based on the theory of harvesting the near field magnetic power from the current enriched supply cables.The size and turn number of the magnetic field harvester coil are calculated and verified by the finite element model.A power conditioning circuit consisting energy feed-forward and a starting method are designed.Experiments show that the power supply can harvest enough energy for self-start and provide regulated voltage for sensor load when the system is near a current ripple enriched cable.
