摘要 以新疆石城子二级水电站水轮发电机为例,建立了基于Maxwell 2Dd的水轮发电机有限元计算模型。对常见运行工况下的电磁场分布进行了模拟,获得了空转工况、空载工况及负载工况下矢量磁位、磁感应强度、气隙径向磁密分布情况及变化规律,以及负荷力矩扰动下的电磁力矩和转速的瞬态变化规律。计算成果可为水轮发电机设计、运行提供了参考。 Taking the hydro-generator of Shichengzi second cascade hydropower station in the Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region as example,the paper built the finite element calculation model of hydro-generator based on Maxwell 2D.By the electromagnetic field distribution simulation under common running conditions,the paper obtains the distributions and change laws of vector magnetic potential,magnetic induction and radial air gap magnetic flux density under cases of idling running condition,no-load running condition and load running conditions,and also obtained the transient state change laws of electromagnetic force moment and rotary speed under disturbance of load force moment.The calculation results could provide reference for the design and operation of hydro-generator.
