我国留守青少年积极心理品质对抑郁症状的影响 被引量:9

The influence of left-behind adolescents' character strengths on depressive symptoms in China

摘要 目的探讨留守青少年积极心理品质对抑郁症状的影响。方法采用分层不等概率抽样法抽取调查对象,利用网络测试和纸版测试进行问卷调查。结果调查后经核查47 872份问卷为有效问卷,其中留守青少年有效问卷7962份。留守青少年的积极心理品质对抑郁症状影响较大且能够反向预测抑郁症状(和父母一方留守:β=-0.488,和亲戚留守:β=-0.444)。和亲戚留守青少年的积极心理品质得分低于和父母一方留守的青少年[(701.0±74.2)vs(705.6±80.4),P<0.05];和亲戚留守青少年抑郁得分高于和父母一方留守的青少年[(16.5±9.8)vs(15.6±9.8),P<0.05]。结论积极心理品质有利于减少留守青少年的抑郁症状。 Objective The influence of left-behind adolescents' character strengths on depressive symptoms is in- vestigated. Methods The investigated samples were selected with stratified unequal probability sampling method. Questionnaire investigation methods involved online survey and paper survey. Results 47 872 questionnaires were considered as valid samples after investigation and verification. 7962 questionnaires among them were valid samples from left-behind adolescents. Character strengths of left-behind adolescents played a crucial role in influencing adolescent depressive symptoms. Furthermore, it could be used to predict these symptoms reversely (left-behind adolescents living with one parent : β = - 0. 488, those of left-behind living with relatives : β = - 0. 444 ). The character strength score of left - behind adolescents living with relatives was lower than the score of adolescents living with one parent [ (701.0 ±74. 2) vs (705. 6 ± 80.4) ,P 〈 0.05 ]. Depressive symptom score of left-behind adolescents living with relatives was higher than the score of left-behind adolescents living with one parent [ ( 16. 5 ± 9. 8) vs ( 15.6 ± 9. 8), P 〈 0. 05 ] . Conclusion Character strengths alleviate depression of left-behind adolescents.
