无缝隙管理模式在耳鼻喉科手术患者健康教育中的应用效果

The effect of seamless nursing model on health education in patients of otolaryngological department

目的探讨无缝隙管理模式在耳鼻喉科手术患者健康教育中的应用。方法按照入院时间,将274例耳鼻喉科手术患者分为对照组和观察组,每组137例患者。对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组实施无缝隙管理模式的健康教育,比较2组患者的健康教育效果。结果实施无缝隙管理模式后,观察组患者并发症(70.1%)、药物治疗(71.5%)、手术治疗的重要性(78.1%)、术前检查(76.6%)、个人卫生准备(79.6%)、心理因素的重要性(70.1%)、术后康复(73.7%)、术后饮食(73.7%)、定期复检的重要性(83.9%)等知识知晓率均高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组患者能够表达自我感受(92.0%)、对医护人员医嘱依从的意愿(97.1%)、寻求术后康复信息的意愿(97.8%)、接受术后康复锻炼的意愿(94.9%)等正向态度持有率均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者手术创口自我护理(85.4%)、寻求术后活动方式(83.9%)、按照医嘱定时服药(89.8%)、选择合适的营养品摄入(86.9%)、康复与功能锻炼(83.9%)、定期复检(86.9%)等健康行为均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者无焦虑(29.9%)、轻度焦虑(43.8%)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无缝隙管理模式的健康教育可以提高耳鼻喉科手术患者的疾病相关知识水平、正向态度和健康行为,降低患者的焦虑状态。

Objective To explore the effect of seamless nursing model on health education in patients of otolaryngological department. Methods According to hospitalization time, 274 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group, 137 cases in each group. The control group was given traditional health education, while the observation group was given the seamless nursing model. The effect of health education was compared. Results After seamless nursing model intervention, the knowledge of the complications （70. 1% ）, the drug therapy （71.5 % ）, the importance of surgical treatment （78.1%）, preoperative examination （76. 6% ）, personal hygiene preparation （79. 6% ）, the importance of psychological factors （70. 1% ）, postoperative rehabilitation （73.7%）, postoperative diet （73.7%）, the importance of regular reexamination （ 83.9% ） of observation group were significantly higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.01 ） . The attitude of express feeling （92.0%）, compliance behavior （97.1%）, looking for postoperative rehabilitation information （97.8%）, accepting the postoperative rehabilitation exercise （94.9%） of observation group were significantly higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . The behavior of surgical site self-nursing （ 85.4% ）, postoperative activity way （83.9%）, drug compliance （89.8%）, selecting the appropriate nutritional intake （86. 9% ）, rehabilitation and functional exercise （ 83.9% ）, regular reexamination （ 86. 9% ）. The percent of no anxiety （29. 9% ） and mild anxiety （43.8%） in observation group was significantly higher than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The seamless nursing model can improve the cognitive level of disease, positive attitude, health behavior, reduce the state of anxiety in patients of otolaryngological department.
