协同创新视角下高职院校师资队伍建设路径探讨

Discussion on the Construction of Teachers' Team in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Collaborative Innovation

师资队伍是高职院校的重要组成部分,高职院校内涵建设发展要以提高人才培养质量为目标,协同创新下师资队伍建设成为关键。针对当前高职院校师资队伍建设过程中存在的问题进行分析,探索出外聘教师和校内教师协同发展、构建"区域联盟"、科研"共同体"三种协同创新途径,促进各主体间教育资源协同共享,加强产教研项目协同创新,为高职院校协同创新下师资队伍建设发展提供新思路。

Teachers is an important part of higher vocational colleges, connotation construction development of higher vocational colleges also use improve the quality of personnel training as the goal, the teachers＇team construction under the collaborative innovation become the key. This paper analyzes the existing problems of the construction of teachers＂ team in higher vocational colleges, it explores three kinds of collaborative innovation ： collaborative development of part - time teachers and school teach-ers. It can build a regional alliance, scientific research way to community. Promotes the coordinated education resource sharing between different subjects, strengthen research project collaborative innovation. It provides new ideas for higher vocational colleges under the collaborative innovation the teachers troop construction development.
