摘要
本文通过调研广东省高校青年教师理想信念基本状况,提出了五条增强高校青年教师理想信念教育实效性的措施,以及对如何建立完善的高校青年教师理想信念教育体制提出了几点建议。
This paper, based on a survey of the basic situation of the ideal and belief of young college teachers in Guangdong province, proposes five measures for enhancing the effectiveness of young college teachers＇ideal and belief education, and puts forward a few suggestions on how to establish a sound young college teachers＇ideal and belief education system.
