北京市密云区在园儿童健康体检状况分析及对策研究

Analysis and Countermeasures of Children's Health Examination in Miyun District of Beijing

目的:研究北京市密云区在园儿童健康体检状况分析及对策研究。方法:选取2014-2016年122所幼儿园体检儿童27 898名,分析儿童体验后存在的问题及问题采取解决办法进行讨论。结果:2014-2016年两年间共体检的儿童27 898名,完成体检率99.37%。通过调查发现,儿童体检状况主要有低体重、生长迟缓、消瘦、超重、肥胖、贫血、患龋、视力低等症状,其中超重、肥胖、患龋、视力低常等比率较高,而患龋比率最为突出。结论:所有儿童患病中龋齿在儿童中发病率最高,因此,幼儿园要高度重视并做好园内卫生保健工作,督促儿童做好个人卫生健康,进行科学合理饮食引导,加强对家长的健康宣教工作,家园共育促进儿童健康成长。

Objective： To study：the status and of children＇s health examination in Miyun district of Beijing.Method： A total of 122 kindergartens from 2014 to 2016 were selected to analyze the problems existing in the children＇s experience and to discuss the solutions to the problems. Result： Between 2014 and 2016, a total of 27 898 children were examined in two years, and the experience rate was about 99.37%.Through the survey found that children＇s physical condition has a low weight, growth retardation, loss of weight, overweight, obesity, anemia, dental caries, low vision symptoms, including overweight, obesity, dental caries, low vision rate was higher, and the ratio of dental caries was most prominent.Conclusion： In the highest incidence of caries in children, the prevalence of all children and kindergarlens shall attach great importance to and good health care park, urge children to do personal health, scientific and reasonable diet guidance, strengthen health education for parents, the homeland of education to promote the healthy development of children.
