摘要
学习动力是高等继续教育学员维持学习活动的心理倾向。调查统计发现,部分高等继续教育学员存在学习动力不足现象。高等继续教育应引领学员的学习,激发学员的学习动力。
Learning impetus is the psychological tendency of higher continuing education students to maintain learning activities. According to the survey statistics, it found that some of the higher continuing education students are lack of learning impetus. Higher continuing education should lead the students to learn and stimulate students' learning impetus.
