工业4.0视阈下职业教育人才培养困境及对策研究

工业4.0背景下对高职教育人才质量提出了新的要求,传统的职业教育模式存在人才培养理念滞后、教师社会实践经验不足、课堂教学效率低下、缺乏以企业为主导的第三方评价反馈等问题。基于此,应逐步转变人才培养模式,从专业设置、课程划分以及授课方式等维度逐步建立起现代职业教育体系,培养出符合工业4.0要求的高技能高素质复合型人才。

Under the background of industrial 4.0, higher vocational education talents quality is put forward with new requirements. The traditional mode of vocational education existence talent cultivation idea is backward. The experience of teacher＇s social practice is not enough and the efficiency of classes is low. Lack of enterprise is dominated by the third party evaluation feedback. Be- cause this should gradually change the mode of talent training, curriculum division and teaching methods of dimension gradually establish modern vocational education system from professional setting, training to meet the industrial 4.0 requirements of highly skilled and high-quality compound talents.
