近些年来,我国城镇化快速发展,2006年城镇化率是44.34%,2016年城镇化率是57.35%。再加上全球气候的变化等原因,我国城市洪灾灾害日益严峻。本文主要介绍了洪涝灾害的形成及危害,并分析了影响防治城市洪涝灾害的因素,在此基础上提出了洪涝灾害的防治相关建议,加快建设现代化的防治洪灾的体系。

Urban flood disaster is becoming more and more serious. This paper describes the formation and hazards of urban flood disasters, and analyzes the factors affecting the prevention and treatment of urban flood disasters, On this basis, we put forward the relevant recommendations of flood prevention and control, to accelerate the construction of a modem system of flood prevention.
