本文基于我国医疗养老服务环境的现状,对医养理念下的无障碍环境进行概念的界定,提出医养结合为导向的无障碍环境设计的必要性,并从适应生理、心理感受和精神需求得出医养理念下的无障碍环境中空间、道路、绿化、小品和水景等细部构造的设计原则和方法。
