摘要
总氮是水质测定中的重要指标,它反映了水被污染的情况。本文用国标法碱性过硫酸钾消解紫外分光光度法和美国HACH公司分光光度法分别测定了已知总氮标准溶液的数据,来验证俩种方法的稳定性,并进而比较了两种总氮测定法的优缺点及适用范围。
Total nitrogen is an important index in the determination of water quality, it reflects the contaminated water. In this paper, with the national standard method of alkaline potassium persulfate digestion uv speetrophotometry HACH company spectrophotometry were determined and the United States on the known data of the standard solution, the total nitrogen to verify the stability of the two kinds of methods, and then compares the two kinds of total nitrogen determination method, advantages and disadvantages and applicable scope.
