摘要
为了改进质量管理的评价方法,本文通过"1-9"标度法,建立质量管理指标的矩阵,运用层次分析法(AHP)确定各指标对质量管理影响的比重,建立模糊综合评价模型。将质量管理工作由定性的评价,转变成定量的评价。
In order to improve the evaluation of the quality management method. Using ＂1-9＂ scale method, to establish quality management index matrix. Using the analytic hierarchy process （AHP） to determine the importance of affecting factor. Established fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. The quality management will be changed from qualitative evaluation to quantitative evaluation.
