摘要
砷广泛分布于自然界的,与人类的生活息息相关,由于不同形态的砷化合物其毒性各不同,因此对环境样品、生物样品、食品药品中的砷形态进行分析显得至关重要的。本文对近年来有关学者在砷形态检测上常用的提取、分离、测定技术进行综述,重点介绍了液相色谱仪与多种检测器的联用检测技术。
Arsenic is widely distributed in nature and closely related to human life. As the different toxicity of arsenic in dif- ferent speciation, it is very important to analyze the arsenic species in environmental samples, biological samples, foods and medicines. In this paper, the methods of extraction, separation and determination of arsenic species were reviewed, and the technologies combining liquid chromatography with kinds of detecting instruments were emphasisly introduced.
