摘要
汽车零部件成本的过程控制与闭环控制是汽车企业提升整车研发实力、增强企业竞争力的重要而有效的管理环节。文中介绍汽车产品价格和零部件成本的一般构成,结合汽车产品开发中的经验,介绍常用零部件成本分析与管理方法,详细阐述在项目阶段如何进行零部件成本的控制与管理,为在产品研发中探索成本的控制管理模式提供借鉴和参考。
The process control and closed loop control of the automobile spare part cost are the important and effective management tool to enhance the R＆D strength and the competitiveness of the enterprise. This paper first introduces the general structure of automobile parts product price and cost, then combined in automobile product development experience, the tools and methods of analysis and management of several commonly used parts cost are presented, which can provide a reference for cost control.
