主喷角度对MF/柴油混合燃料的燃烧及排放特性的影响

摘要 在四缸直喷柴油机上,以2-甲基呋喃(MF)与柴油的混合物为燃料进行试验,研究了喷油提前角对混合燃料燃烧及排放的影响.在调整柴油机喷油提前角的情况下,测试了柴油机尾气排放,并对试验结果进行了分析.结果表明,当主喷角增大时,缸内最高压力会显著增加,尾气中NO_x体积分数会升高,HC体积分数先大幅降低再小幅升高,CO体积分数会下降.主喷角度为2.5(°)CA时,尾气中颗粒物总量较少,平均粒径也较小. In this paper, experiments are carried out on the four--cylinder DICI engine with blends of diesel and MF. The influence of spray angle on the mixed fuel combustion and emissions is studied. The diesel emissions are measured and analyzed under different spray angles. Results show that when the spray angle increases, the highest pressure in cylinders increases significantly. Besides, the con- centration of NO. in the tail gas rises, and the HC concentration decreases greatly and then rises slightly. In addition, the CO concentration is found to decline with the increase of the spray angle. When the spray angle is 2.5 (°)CA, the total amount of exhaust particulate matter is less and the av- erage particle diameter is smaller.
