概括传统建设项目成本管控在直接工程费用、项目变更费用、措施费用及成本动态监控方面存在的不足;结合BIM技术信息化特点,阐述基于BIM技术的建设项目成本管控及其优势,以提高项目建设成本管控工作效率。

This paper generalizes major problems such as direct project costs, project change costs, measure costs and costs dynamic monitoring of traditinoal construction project costs control management. Combined with the characteristics of BIM technology information, expounds project construction costs control and advantages of BIM technology, so as to improve the efficiency of project construction costs control and create economic value.
