摘要
将家庭装修交易过程划分为接洽、谈判、施工和保修四个阶段,据此梳理家庭装修企业在交易中的失信行为,建立以交易过程为主线的失信行为分析表。立足于家庭装修交易的特殊性,剖析失信根源,构建以信息流通透明为核心、合同制度为保障、消费者信任评价为关键、互联网平台为载体的消费者信息评价平台,为相关研究及政策制定提供参考。
This paper divides the transaction process of dwelling fit-out business into four stages: initial contact, negotiation, construction and warranty services. Based on this, summarizes the credit deficiencies of decoration enterprises in the transaction, establishes the credit deficiencies analysis form of making transaction process as the main line. According to the feature of dwelling fit-out business, digs out the root causes of credit deficiencies, and constructs the information evaluation platform that taking transparent information flow as the core, contract system as the guarantee, consumer trust evaluation as the key, internet platform as the carrier, in order to provide references for relevant research and policy-making
