This paper first summarizes the financial management system of large enterprises,and then analyzes the problems existing in the financial management system of large enterprises,such as uncoordinated development of financial management and enterprise development,the imperfect design of financial management system,the fuzzy boundary of financial management level,the low level of accounting information management,finally puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to optimize the financial management system of large enterprises.
