摘要
目的探讨CT冠状动脉造影不同对比剂用量对冠状动脉及冠状静脉窦强化程度的影响。方法选择2013-12/2014-12月来作者医院进行治疗的124例冠心病患者,按照随机数字表法分为高剂量组和低剂量组,各62人。比较两组患者冠状动脉成像参数;记录两组患者冠状静脉窦、升主动脉、降主动脉、左冠状动脉主干和右冠状动脉近段的CT值。结果低剂量组患者对比剂用量显著低于高剂量组患者(P<0.05);两组患者在其他冠状动脉成像参数上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者CT冠状动脉造影中升主动脉、降主动脉、左冠状动脉主干和右冠状动脉近段的强化强度之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但低剂量组患者冠状静脉窦的强化程度显著低于高剂量组患者(P<0.05)。结论采用640层动态容积CT对冠状动脉进行造影时,采用0.7 ml/kg的对比剂剂量能达到较好的冠状动脉强化效果,同时有效避免冠状静脉窦的强化,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effects of different dose of contrast agent on coronary artery and coronary sinus enhancement in CT coronary angiography. Methods One hundred and twenty-four patients with coronary heart dis- ease in author's hospital from December 2013 to December 2014 were divided into high- and low-dose group (n = 62) by random number table method. CT coronary angiography was performed in two groups of patients. Coronary artery imaging parameters were compared between two groups. The CT values of coronary sinus, ascending aorta, descending aor2 ta, left main coronary artery and proximal segments of right coronary artery in the two groups were recorded. Results The contrast agent dosage of patients in low-dose group was significantly lower than those in high-dose group (P〈0. 05), and there were no significant differences in other coronary artery imaging parameters between two groups (P〉 0. 05). The CT value of ascending aorta, descending aorta, left main coronary artery and proximal segments of right coronary artery had no significant difference in CT coronary angiography in two groups (P〉0. 05). However, the CT value of coro- nary sinus in low-dose group was significantly lower than that in high-dose group (P〈0. 05). Conclusion The contrast a- gent dosage of 0. 7 ml/kg can achieve a better effect of coronary artery enhancement and effectively avoid the enhancement of coronary sinus when using 640 slice dynamic volume CT. It is worthy of clinica; promotion.
