On the Combination of Physical Education and Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

高等职业院校的人才培养目标是进行应用型、高技能专门人才的培养，教育过程中主要强调的是对于人才的实用性以及技能性的培养。而体育课程是人才培养体系中重要的组成部分，高等职业院校体育课程教学应以学生的职业特色为出发点，主动适应学生职业能力的养成，将教学与学生未来的就业岗位结合，来满足学生未来的岗位需求。

The goal of talent training in higher vocational colleges is to cultivate applied and high skilled talents. The emphasis of education is to foster the practical ability and skill for college students. Since the sports curriculum is an important part of personnel training system, the sports curriculum in higher occupation colleges teaching should take students＇occupation characteristics as the starting point with being initiative to adapt to the cultivation of the students＇occupation ability, and combining the teaching and the students＇ future jobs so as to meet the requirements of students development.
