摘要 针对蛇簧联轴器簧片失效问题,在静强度计算的基础上,运用可靠性设计理论对蛇簧联轴器的簧片进行分析研究,将弹簧外载荷、几何尺寸、材料强度性能等参数视为随机变量,建立可靠性计算模型。根据可靠性分析,得到簧片的疲劳强度与簧片材料、尺寸偏差、应力等有关,可以对簧片的选材和加工方法有更准确的把握,同时为簧片系列化设计提供了可靠的设计方法。 Aiming at leaf spring failures in the snake spring coupling, based on the static strength analysis, use the theory of reliability to analyze. The parameters such as spring load, geometry and material strength were regarded as random variables and the reliability calculation model was established. According this, the calculation results showed that, the fatigue strength was relevant with material properties, size deviation and stress. In this case, it can assure more accurate material selection and processing method. At the same time, the reliable design methods of leaf springs are provided.
