摘要
分析了孔庄煤矿采煤工作面人工配制乳化液存在的问题,提出了在不改变原有泵站液箱系统的基础上,研制一种乳化液水箱自动注水的装置。着重介绍了系统结构控制电路设计等。该装置经实际应用,不但提高了配液的自动化程度,而且降低了工人劳动强度。
Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the artificial emulsion preparation in the mining face of the Kongzhuang Coal Mine, an automatic water injection device of the emulsion water tank on the basis of non- changing the original liquid box system was put forward. The control circuit design of the system structure was introduced. The utility model not only improved the automation degree of the liquid distribution, but also reduced the labor intensity of workers.
